Service Description

• Intro to Sunless Tanning: Learn the science behind spray tanning, how DHA works, and why skin types and undertones matter. • Pre-Tan Protocols: Understand the importance of client prep, contraindications, and consultation best practices. • Product & Equipment Training: Get familiar with the tools of the trade, including HVLP machines, solutions, barrier creams, and disposables. • Technique Mastery: Practice proper spray patterns, body positioning, and how to tan different body types with confidence. • Detail Work: Learn how to properly tan the face, hands, feet, and blending zones to avoid streaks or blotching. • Live Model Application: You’ll perform a full-body tan on a live model under professional supervision. • Aftercare & Client Education: Gain the knowledge to guide your clients through post-tan care to extend and protect their glow. • Business & Branding Tips: Guidance on launching your tanning business, building a loyal clientele, and promoting your brand. • Certification: Upon completion, you’ll receive a Kalitans Certificate of Completion recognizing your training and skills. Class Duration is 8 hours and can be completed in one 8 hour day or split up in two days 4 hours.
